Ordering Made Easy:

Privacy Policy: Any information you provide will be used solely by us to process your order. Your information is stored in our private database and will not be sold or exchanged with any third party.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Personal and business checks will be accepted but must clear the bank before your order will be processed, unless prior approval by Executive Gift Planners is given. Corporate accounts can be arranged with a Net 30 payment option. Call us for details or visit our Corporate Programs page.

Sales Tax: All orders placed or delivered with the state of Virginia will be subject to sales tax of 5%

Processing: Your order will be completed within 48 hours of receipt. Same day delivery is available for orders placed by 11am. Next day delivery is also available. Call to confirm any delivery needed prior to our 48 hour standard. Executive Gift Planners will not be responsible for processing delays due to incomplete information given by customer.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order placement unless your order has already been shipped or delivered. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Substitutions: Executive Gift Planners reserves the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value at no extra charge to the customer. This may be necessary on occasion due to product availability and the discretion of the designer. The quality or presentation of your gift will not be compromised. Product substitution requests may also be made by the customer at the time of ordering. Substitutions by customer request may result in an additional charge.

Custom Design Requests: The baskets featured on our website are just a few of the many design options we offer. We will gladly design a custom gift basket for you according to your requests.
