• Executive Gift Planners provides local delivery 5 days a week.
  
  
• Weekend delivery is often available upon request.
  
  
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
  
  
• All efforts are made to deliver your gift on the first attempt. If the recipient is not home, our drivers assess all delivery possibilities. The order may be left at the door, if it appears safe, or left with a neighbor. In any event, an information tag will be left on the door. For business deliveries, if the business is closed, the order may be left with a nearby business and a tag on the recipient's door. If redelivery is necessary, a re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged.
  
  
• Delivery fees are "per address", not "per gift". Call for multi-gift delivery pricing.
  
  

Hospital Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hospital patient, hospital worker, or doctor, please be sure to include information regarding department, wing, and room number in the Special Instructions portion of the order form.

Business Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a business, please be sure to note the business name, suite number, and department when applicable. Please be sure to include information in the Special Instructions portion of the order form.

Hotel Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hotel, please note arrival and departure dates as well as Room Number in the Special Instructions portion of the order form.

Gated Community Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a gated home or apartment community, please include instructions for entry through the gates such as access code or password in the Special Instructions portion of the order form.

• Executive Gift Planners ships nationwide, 5 days a week by UPS Ground services.
  
  
• All baskets are wrapped in protective material and shipped in sturdy, reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery.
  
  
• Expedited shipping by UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply.
  
  
• UPS Ground delivery takes an estimate 2 - 7 business days. UPS Ground delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed by UPS and therefore not guaranteed by Executive Gift Planners.
  
  
• Any UPS fees incurred due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer will be charged to the customer in addition to normal shipping charges. Please be sure your information is accurate when placing your order. Please notify us by phone as soon as any errors are noticed on your part before shipment leaves our facility.
  
  
• Shipping of gourmet products in summer months requires ice packs to ensure fresh delivery and is an additional $5 charge. Expedited shipping may be necessary to the Mid-West & West Coast due to heat.
  
  
• We cannot ship by UPS to PO Boxes. PO Box shipments will go through the US Post Office. Rate quotes and delivery dates available upon request.
  
  
• LOCAL SHIPPING - Northern Virginia deliveries are within a next day delivery range by UPS ground.
